Food For Thought: 100 Page PAD Diet Book

Small/Medium Sized Knee-High Red Sock Day

The knee-highs offer the iconic PAD Awareness foot icon and PAD Awareness Ribbon, along with below-the-knee arteries labeled down to the ankle. Sock it To PAD is written on the bottom of the foot. Keep in mind that larger diameter legs would be better off with the anklet. The Large/X-Large Knee-highs have sold out. L-XL are available in anklets only.

You have two choices. The first are knee-highs for smaller diameter legs that have arteries from below the knee to the top of the foot. On the bottom of the foot it says SOCK IT TO PAD. The others are anklets which are perfect for diabetes or those with larger diameter legs. These anklets display the pedal arteries and SOCK IT TO PAD written on the rim.

A comprehensive, yet not exhaustive, handbook for Peripheral Artery Disease patients and their care team to use for creating a personalized, sustainable eating strategy.
